Review of Neighbors by Danielle Steele

Danielle Steele weaves her usual beautiful prose in this delightful story. #Neighbors is one of Ms. Steele's latest books and I found it a bit different than her usual. It had a large number of delightful characters and some surprising twists and turns. This is the story of a former movie star that after a series of tragedies has retreated to a great stone mansion. Following a natural disaster, her gregarious and outgoing personality returns to life and she meets her neighborhood as they do life together. There are several subplots and many relationships to explore in this book. It is as are all Ms. Steele's books, a pleasure to read. Her characterizations, dialogue, and descriptions make her books fun and great stress relievers. This one is no different. Enjoyed the characters, the plot, and the ending. You will however have to wait until January and a nice fire and a bit of winter to read it. Thanks to #Neighbors#NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review this fun book.
